Tornados.

I went to the sales office on Tuesday to pick up a piece of test equipment I needed. 


The weather looked like a dull foggy rainy day. Something that looked like common English weather. 
Anyway - the sales guy said this was Tornado weather. I remember thinking - what??? This is just a dull day. Nothing special here. 


Well it rained quite a bit after that - I mean crazy amounts of rain! It took ages to get home from work. 
A road I use to get home was closed off for some reason. Our TV was out - so we could not find out what was going on. The next morning on the NY news they were talking of the wind damage in Gwinnett county (where we are!). There was even talk of the possibility of tornados 'touching down'. There were pictures of houses ripped apart in Buford - which is about 10 miles from us. 


Thankfully we were spared...
